Deck the halls with boughs of network cable, it’s the silly season!

Our team of local legends work hard all year round to provide Pentanet subscribers with the very best customer service (often outside of regular office hours).

To ensure that each member of our team gets the opportunity to kick their feet up and enjoy some time with their family over the holidays, we’re operating on slightly reduced hours from Thursday 23 December, returning to normal Tuesday 4 January.

We’ve listed the availability of each of our teams below. If you have an enquiry but aren’t sure which team you should direct it to, please send an email to [email protected], and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Don’t worry, our technical support team will still be contactable every day via live chat and are available via phone on weekdays. The team will not be contactable via phone on public holidays and live chat will be available for reduced hours on public holidays as outlined below, but we won’t leave you to fend for yourself if your router has a tantrum on Christmas day.
