The Role

If you have a strong admin background and are keen to get exposure to the accounts receivable function, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Office Administrator, you will facilitate the smooth operation of the Pentanet offices and support the accounts receivable function. You will have the benefit of working with an amazing, supportive team to train you whilst learning the ropes of the accounts receivable function, allowing you to further grow and develop your skills!

Day-to-day duties

  • Ordering of office stationery and office supplies.
  • Coordinating inbound & outbound mail duties.
  • Billing enquiries.
  • Support the finance team with month-end reporting.
  • Coordinating calendar management and scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff.
  • Coordinating the warranty claim process for faulty or broken products with suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and resources, systematisation and policies & procedures.

What we are looking for

  • Competent Microsoft Office software – Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

The Role

This is a full-time role based at Pentanet Head Office in the Perth CBD. You will be responsible for managing inbound and generating outbound leads through a variety of streams including calls, email, online enquiries and live chat.

As a Junior GIS Technician, you will assist with collating and maintaining our extensive database of Transmitters for the purposes of calculating our coverage. This role continues to grow so the strengths of the successful applicant will shape this role to benefit the business!

  • Assist with assessment of new tower sites.

The Role

As a Technical Support Team Member, you will be assisting our Pentanet customer with any technical issues and any general service enquiries. You will be working in a close-knit team of 10 other technical support team members. Due to team expansion, we have a couple of vacancies open!

Day-to-day duties of this role include

  • Liaising with customers in a calm and professional manner over various mediums, including telephone, live chat, and support tickets.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network and equipment faults.
  • Participating in collaborative fault finding and resolutions as required.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
  • Escalation of faults internally (to other teams) and externally (to wholesalers) as required.
  • Provides support to organisation staff, end-users and other 3rd parties when required or directed.
  • Provide on-site customer support as required.

  • Diagnosing & resolving fixed wireless issues.
  • Configuring routers & point-to-multipoint radios.
  • Scheduling your workday and contacting customers accordingly.
  • Working closely with our other departments.
  • Daily reporting & job monitoring.

Skills & experience – qualifiers

  • Technical or Telco industry experience.
  • Car (C class) licence minimum.
  • ACMA open cable registration w/ structured endorsement (Whilst this is preferred, we are happy to train the right candidate).

The Role

As Talent Coordinator and Partnerships Delivery, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a variety of areas within the esports and gaming industry.
