About the role

This is a full-time role based at Pentanet HQ our Head Office in Balcatta. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through a variety of streams including inbound calls, online enquiries and live chat. You will also be encouraged to build professional relationships within your own network and generate be responsible for generating opportunities through various forms of direct marketing.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Lead nurturing with outstanding customer service from initial contact through to completed sale.
  • Assisting prospective and existing customers with general queries in person, via telephone and email.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and vendors.
  • Performing in accordance with sales targets, individually and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry and company policies.
  • Keeping accurate client records.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
  • Proactively pursuing new business and sales opportunities.

Job tasks and responsibilities include

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • Tracking and reporting on sales goals
  • Follow industry policies and regulations that affect the Sales & Onboarding department
  • Proactively pursuing new business and sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records for lead and customer data
  • Build in-depth product knowledge and industry best practice and share your expertise with the team
  • Demonstrate strong objection handling skills and process
  • Participate in brand representation opportunities at events, conferences and networking opportunities (some which take place after normal business hours)

Skills and experience (qualifiers)

  • Basic Office software skills - ability to use applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Previous experience in a phone-based role is advantageous within a call centre environment
  • Dynamic and positive problem-solving attitude
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Current driver’s licence

Skills and experience (qualifiers)

  • Proven experience working to KPI’s
  • Prior experience working in telecommunications
  • IT / Managed services background
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Competitive table tennis experience
  • Experience with ZoHo CRM suite (Desirable)

In this role you will primarily be developing internal web-app projects with PHP on the Laravel framework. You will be working in a team of 3-4 other developers and report to the Development Team Leader.

About the role

We are looking for a new member for our field technician team. The field team generally spends their day on the road visiting end user premises to install and maintain fixed-wireless services.

The day-to-day duties of this role include:

  • Installing fixed wireless internet services
  • Conducting internal cabling within residential and commercial residences
  • Diagnosing & resolving fixed wireless issues
  • Configuring routers & point-to-multipoint radios
  • Scheduling your workday and contacting customers accordingly
  • Working closely with our other departments
  • Daily reporting & job monitoring

Skills & experience – qualifiers

  • Technical or Telco industry experience
  • Car (C class) licence minimum
  • ACMA open cable registration w/ structured endorsement
  • Flexibility with working hours

  • Experience working in a trade or as a labourer

  • High Risk (EWP) License
