All of our plans come with a public IP address. We can offer a static IP address upon request. For customers wishing to access equipment (such as CCTV systems) using their public IP address, we recommend the use of a free Dynamic DNS service.

Sure! You are welcome to bring your own router. Keep in mind that we’re only able to offer after-sales support for our own hardware.
We offer assistance for residential plans with our premium router option – Ubiquiti Amplifi + optional Mesh. For business we offer a managed connection where we optimise your coverage and monitor the connection from our headquarters ensuring a reliable and consistent connection as well as detailed monthly reports on the data use.
We don’t offer a VOIP product or service right now, but most 3rd party VOIP services will work great with our Fixed Wireless or NBN services.
Fixed wireless has the capability to offer speeds comparable or better than NBN due to recent advancements in radio technology. Fixed wireless runs on 5GHz – a high speed frequency transmitted by our towers to a receiver that is installed on your rooftop.
We want to optimise our network and offer the same great internet to all of our customers. Without these data caps, the network runs risk of becoming congested due to users taking advantage of “Unlimited Plans”. 99% of people do not require “unlimited internet”. If you stick to a plan that suits your usage, it ensures reliable speeds for all.
Fixed wireless connections are ready to go as soon as your install is complete. NBN connections are coordinated by NBNCo, and while we cant guarantee how fast an NBN connection will take, turn around to connect is typically between 2-7 business days.
