Works have been completed successfully and services are now restored. Our team will continue to closely monitor this issue.
Following an investigation with the vendor, an emergency planned maintenance window has been planned for 3AM AWST 10th Feb to perform a full reload of the impacted equipment. We extend our deepest apologies for this inconvenience.
We are continuing to investigate this issue with the relevant vendor. The impact of this issue has been isolated as relating to new session authentication (services which have a current session are unaffected). Our team are continuing to work towards a resolution.
This issue has been escalated with the relevant vendor and is currently being investigated with urgency. We will provide further updates as this case progresses.
We're currently looking in to reports of session instability affecting various services across the Pentanet network. We'll provide further updates as we have them.
