The role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the sales team at Pentanet, focused primarily on outbound sales activity to warm and cold leads. You will be responsible for qualifying and contacting an existing lead database as well as implementing strategy to generate new leads through various forms of direct marketing.

You will also be encouraged to build professional relationships within your own network and be responsible for generating opportunities through various forms of outreach. 

Day-to-day duties
  • Lead qualification and high volume outreach by phone, text and email.
  • Lead nurturing with outstanding customer service from initial contact through to completed sale.
  • Assisting prospective and existing customers with general queries in person, via telephone and email.
  • Maintain your outbound and follow up communications aligned with internal processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and vendors.
  • Performing in accordance with individual Sales Targets, as well as team incentives.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry and company policies.
  • Keeping accurate client records.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
  • Proactively pursuing new business and sales opportunities.
What we are looking for
  • Basic Office software skills - ability to use applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience working towards and achieving individual and team KPIs and sales targets
  • Dynamic and positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Someone who has excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A team player, pitching in to help colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a phone-based role
  • Exposure to telecommunication industry or ISP.
  • Experience in high volume outbound sales
  • Experience with ZoHo CRM suite.
  • Experience with sales pipeline management

The role

We have multiple vacancies available within our Customer Service Team! We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who have a keen interest in technology. Successful applicants will be provided with relevant training to support you in assisting Pentanet customers with any technical issues, billing and any general enquiries. This position has potential for growth, casual hours will vary from 20-38 hours per week to accommodate training during the first month. Once trained, successful applicants can expect ~20-38 hours per week. This role has the potential to move to permanent (Part-time/Full-time) following a successful probation.

Day-to-day duties of this role include:
  • Liaising with customers in a calm and professional manner over various mediums, including telephone, live chat, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshooting basic network and equipment faults.
  • Assisting with general account queries.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone.
What we are looking for:
  • Someone who is passionate about technology and is keen to learn.
  • Experience in an inbound call centre environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience in customer service and/or related industry experience.
  • Flexibility with working hours (out-of-office hours, weekend and public holiday availability required).
Desirable:
  • Technical IT experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry.
  • Experiencing working with VoIP systems.
  • Previous experience working within an MSP.

The role

We currently have a vacancy within our Customer Service Team for a Team Leader position! We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused individual who has a keen interest in technology. Reporting directly to the team manager, the successful applicant will be provided with relevant training to lead and support the team in assisting Pentanet customers with any technical issues, billing, and general inquiries. The full-time hours (38) of this role will ideally operate Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm with occasional weekend work when required. Due to the nature of the role, full-time WFH is not available however Hybrid will be considered.

Day-to-day duties of this role include:
  • Supervising and coordinating the team's interactions with customers through various mediums, including telephone, live chat, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshooting basic network and equipment faults alongside team members.
  • Assisting with general account queries and ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.
  • Navigating through multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement on the phone.
  • Preparing daily and monthly reporting with the assistance of the team manager.
What we are looking for:

  • Decision-making prowess: The ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively is vital in a leadership role. We are seeking a candidate who can assess situations promptly, weigh various options, and make informed decisions that align with the team's goals and objectives.
Desirable:
  • Technical proficiency: While not mandatory, technical expertise or experience in IT-related fields, particularly in telecommunications, would be highly desirable. A strong understanding of networking principles, equipment troubleshooting, and VoIP systems can enhance the team leader's ability to support and assist customers with technical inquiries.
