Our popular Fixed Wireless network delivers high-speed internet by transmitting data from a nearby tower directly to a small dish installed on your roof. This creates a dedicated wireless link to your home, bypassing the nbn network and avoiding congestion. It’s ideal if you want a fast, reliable connection on a network that’s built for Perth.

It’s most likely because we’re unable to establish a direct line of sight to your home. Unlike mobile phone signals that bounce between towers and can penetrate obstructions, Fixed Wireless requires a direct line of sight between a rooftop antenna and a tower. This dedicated connection ensures more consistent performance and lower latency compared to a mobile network.
