It is available nationally across the nbn fixed-line footprint. Anywhere you can receive FTTP, FTTC, FTTN/B or HFC networks, you can receive business nbn Enterprise Ethernet. Approximately 90% of businesses nationally have access to business nbn Enterprise Ethernet.

There are two classes of service available: Low-CoS and High-CoS. Low-CoS is a ‘best effort network.’ So, if you are on a 250Mbps plan, you will receive up to 250Mbps, but this may vary depending on the usage of other users on the network. When on High-CoS, you have a committed information rate (CIR). This means that if you are on 250Mbps, you will receive 250Mbps at your network termination device, regardless of the traffic of other businesses.
