Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is run by Pentanet Pty Ltd (ABN 29 617 506 279).
2. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Entries will be taken via the Pentanet website at pentanet.com.au
4. The competition opens for entry from 12:01am on 7 May 2020, closing 11:59pm on 31 July 2020.
5. Entry is open to current RAC members, excluding employees of Pentanet and RAC, and their immediate families, including spouse, parent, child or sibling. Children under 18 must obtain parent or guardian permission to enter.
6. The prize is outlined below and must be taken as offered. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale:
- Amplifi Instant premium router bundle
- 65” Smart HDR 4K LED TV
- Google Chromecast
- 6 months subscriptions to Stan, Netflix and Disney+
- PRIZE POOL VALUE: $1,500
7. The images used in the promotion of this competition are for illustrative purposes only, and do not represent the actual prize. Pentanet reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Pentanet.
8. Winner will be drawn at random at 3pm on Thursday 2 July 2020.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 hour of the draw. Incorrect email addresses or phone numbers will be disregarded and the prize redrawn.
10. The prize can be collected from Pentanet at 2/8 Corbusier Place, Balcatta WA during business hours. Alternatively, the prize can be couriered at the winner’s expense.
11. If the prize remains unclaimed four weeks from the date of notification of the winner, it may be forfeited and redrawn from the existing entrants.
12. Participants may enter the competition once. Only the first received entry will be valid if more than one entry is received from a participant.
13. The winner consents to a photo with the prize at the time of collection, which will be published online along with the winner’s name.
14. Entrants may be contacted by Pentanet in relation to their internet service provision.
15. Pentanet’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. Personal information provided by an entrant to Pentanet for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Pentanet’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the privacy policy is available at pentanet.com.au. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
